Located in Wells, enjoy what this delightful 2-bedroom cottage has to offer. With a cozy queen bed and a comfy twin bed, guests can relax in the soothing living room with a convenient sofa bed. This awesome property also features heating, WiFi, and a hair dryer for added comfort. We think our place will help you experience everything Wells has to offer. The Condo sits within Webhannet by the Sea and is located between Wells Beach Center and Moody Beach. Some 15 steps across the road is the 2-mile Crescent Beach.

The apartment is adorable. It is in a great location right across the street from the beach. The beds are very comfortable. It was spotless and it was so easy to check-in and check-out. Communication with the host was easy and he responded to all messages sent to him. I would definitely rent it again.

Check-in was simple, just had to put in the combination to the room and we were in. There were 2 parking spots. One was tight but the other had plenty of room and we used that spot the entire time. Although the space was a little tight for the 5 of us, it was very clean, updated and definitely fit our needs! The kitchen area was small, but we cooked full meals every night with no problems, and it is fully equipped for our cooking needs (saved a lot of ). The 2 bedrooms fit the space and gave us plenty of storage for everything we brought with us. Overall, the space gives everything a family needs and each corner was well thought out and we used every inch of it. We would definitely return without looking elsewhere! The location was perfect for the beach entrance and there is a small restaurant about 50 yards away. Even during peak season, this area was not overpopulated, and it was a perfect kind of quiet, yet we felt like we were always part of the vacation community.
