This snug little condo sits on the second floor of the Holiday House Condominiums, a welcoming, well-located property only one mile inland from Footbridge Beach. You'll be just a few steps or a quick drive from a variety of restaurants, eateries, and Wells' famous antique shops; two miles north of Ogunquit Beach; and four miles south of Wells Harbor.

Brush the sand off your legs, kick off your flip-flops, and step inside to find an intimate living space with charming country decor. Use the free WiFi to stay connected to loved ones back home, or take an afternoon nap beneath the quilt on the comfortable futon.

Crack open a cold drink and assemble a few appetizers in the kitchenette, which offers a refrigerator, a microwave, a blender, a French press for your morning coffee, wine glasses, and a selection of pots and pans. Enjoy your creations at the three-person dining table by the window, or head outside to bask in the cool ocean breezes at the bistro table on the covered deck walkway.

Spend your days beach-combing on Footbridge Beach and your afternoons at the property's shared outdoor pool, where you can take a refreshing dip or soak in the sunshine on a lounge chair. The evenings are ideal for movie nights back at home, thanks to a TV in the living space.

As many as four guests will sleep soundly in the studio-style Lighthouse Getaway. You'll find one queen-size bed in the living space, one futon that unfolds into a second bed, and one full bathroom with a shower off the kitchenette.

Whether you're a regular visitor to Southern Maine or introducing yourself to the region's many charms, you'll find a convenient and scenic home base in Wells. Lovingly known as 'The Antique Capital of the World,' Wells has more than two dozen antique shops on its stretch of Maine Route 1, offering a trove of period furnishings and jewelry just waiting to be discovered.

Find peace and tranquility within the confines of the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge six miles north, or paddle into Wells Harbor to watch the comings and goings of the local lobster boats. You'll also have several incredible beaches to choose from, from the ever-popular Ogunquit and Footbridge Beaches in the south to Crescent, Drake's Island, and Wells Beaches just a few miles north.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
