We enjoyed our stay! Was perfect for a weekend trip. Only complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that it is exactly as described.

The property made good use of the small space and had almost everything you would need for a few days stay. The location was ok - 20 minutes walk to the beach and a few restaurants nearby but if you are looking to not have to drive this is not the property for you. We had some issues with the wifi and the sofa bed could have been comfier but overall the property was comfortable.

This was a cute little place to stay while we explored Ogunquit and the surrounding towns of Kennebunkport and Wells. It was just enough for the 2 of us - would definitely also work if you were bringing a kid or if you had another adult along and you didn't need privacy. Although the space is small, the placement of things was well thought out. We went in mid-September when we had some warm days, and this place was missing a fan - it would be nice to have a ceiling fan in the center of the room. We had to put the AC on, although that felt like overkill, because we needed some kind of breeze. The floor was a bit sandy when we arrived, which is the only thing that could have been improved. This house didn't have a broom and a dustpan, which would have served us better than the dust buster that they had. Overall, a really cute place and we would stay here again.

Au 2 ème jour de notre séjour un fusible a sauté, nous privant de la cuisine et de la salle de bain. L’équipe de gestion a été rejointe par tél et courriel et nous n’avons eu aucune aide tangible. Nous avons vécu 2 jours sans cuisine et salle de bain convenables. Les seuls messages mentionnaient : on prend note et nopus allons faire un suivi. Nous avons demandé un. Remboursement pour les 2 jours et à date n’avons eu aucun suivi. Par contre propreté à notre arrivée très bonne .

Very clean unit - fully equipped with kitchen essentials. Just need a few groceries . Could have used a fan or two as AC turned off when recycling its temps- fan did not reach sleeping area. Overall a perfect getaway . Quiet and close to many attractions.

Conveniently located a short distance out of town. Had everything we needed. Only downside was bathroom was small and had no outlets.

Not happy. I left due to lock box not working and told by customer service they couldn’t tell me when someone could be there to let me in. Customer service was nice but I think I will look elsewhere in future. I was told a manager would call me no call yet.

This place was in a perfect location to downtown and to everything else you would need. The room had everything you would need to stay for a few days without going out to eat, just bring a few groceries and you’re all set. The pool was a definite bonus!

Perfect location to get around to all the hot spots around town. Good deal if you don't mind being up close with your family. We couldn't get the wifi to run that was a bummer for the kids, but worked in our favor because it forced them out and into the outdoors. Make sure you bring your personals and extra garbage bags. Definitely would do again.

This a great studio in the heart of wells and very close to Ogunquit. It's small and for a single traveler it perfect..Has a small kitchen, with a microwave and full fridge, but hey I am on vacation so eating out was a definite for me..Great places all around..The resort was very quiet and top notch internet so I could do some work from there...I am hoping to return in October and really hope this place is available again!!!

The location is great! We walked to the New England House sports bar for dinner and to watch the Patriots game. The fried clams,clam chowder and drinks were delicious! It's a very fun place to watch a game with outdoor seating and tables by the TV. This studio apartment is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay but would not return due to the bed that was hard as a board!

We enjoyed our room and recommend that anyone staying there try eating at the main diner. Best seafood chowder in the world! The only downside was it’s a very long walk to the beach.

Cute little place. Small.. but perfect just for the 2 of us.. shared pool was nice.. close to the trolly which was great for getting down town and to the beaches.. just wish there was a live person around to help with adding days to your trip once your there..

The condo was well-equipped, well-located, and met our needs nicely. The pool was an added bonus on a hot afternoon. The pull-down futon takes a little gerryrigging to set up but works.
