“We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Wells-Ogunquit, Maine. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. What really stood out was the staff and their helpfulness. Due to a lengthy flight delay, we didn't arrive until after midnight, but the staff was still super helpful and welcoming despite our late arrival. We really appreciated their kindness and understanding after such a long travel day. Breakfast……

“room was clean”

“We have stayed here many times over the years and are never disappointed, located right on the Marginal and near Perkins Cove. Wonderful!!!”

“Clean, modern motel, nothing much one could ask for.”

“Was not advised the room was across the street from resort & any ocean exposure. When advised at check-in; zero sympathy for $400/night.”

“Location and the views are beautiful amenities were nice and the rooms are very clean”

“The property was clean and well maintained with ample lighting. The main lobby was lovely as was the porch. Our room was perfect and quiet with a private balcony. Room was clean and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were so comfy, too! I was able to enjoy a swim and dip in the hot tub…both were well maintained. Staff was absolutely lovely and personable with warm cookies an added bonus at check in time. Breakfast had something for all and coffee was decent. Would definitely stay again, property……

“Its was close to little shops and reastaurants. Rooms where updated and super clean and staff was friendly and kind. Highly recommend staying here.”

“Check in was a nightmare, the room I paid for in full before the stay was not available (over booked) downgraded to a queen room, young man at check in was rides fold me it was my fault bc used Expedia. Finally got a room key after that din exchange and walked into a lady in bed! So apparently all the rooms were ‘double booked’ the manager did come talk to us, he was very nice, he got us into the queen room and told us he’d comp a return night (hasn’t happened yet). The resort is lovely, clean……

“Disappointed splash was only one till 3pm. Seems like you’d get more revenue by staying open as late as all the other restaurants/bars”

“Love the place can’t wait to visit again”

“The property was right on the ocean! It was amazing to see and hear the waves so close. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We'd recommend this location and come again.”

“Exactly as described.”

“Wifi weak, Floor water leak, Lack of maintenance, No staff for check-in midnight, Dropbox key lost during midnight check-in.”
