Master Bedroom: The master bedroom includes a private half bath and well-lit vanity. Furnishings include queen size bed with storage drawers beneath, full height four drawer dresser, 32" flat screen TV, ceiling fan and nightstand. Over sized closet has ample space for storage of suitcases, clothes hamper, towel storage, ETC. 2nd Bedroom: The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, night stand, and cubby-style clothing storage. Extra depth closet provides ample storage. Living Room: The living room boasts a a cathedral ceiling and multiple windows on three walls. White wooden shades can be adjusted to let in sunlight or closed for full privacy. Furnishings include queen size pull-out sofa, two swivel chairs, two end tables with lamps, coffee table, ceiling fan, and TV stand with " flat screen TV. Kitchen/Dining Area: Open concept kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel fridge (with ice maker), dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is both ample counter space and cabinet space. The center island provides additional counter top space and stool seating for two. Adjacent to the kitchen is an open area with a full size dining set with seating for six. Light colored laminate wood flooring extends from these two rooms and into the living room. There is electric heat for the off seasons and central AC and ceiling fans in each room for the summer months. Outside: The exterior of the cottage includes stunning landscape, green lawn and blooming color. There is a private wooded setting with a new propane grille, along with table and chairs for outdoor dining. A golf cart rental is available to provide access to the entire grounds which includes a private clubhouse (18+only), family pool, tennis and basketball courts. The resort offers unparalleled amenities including clubhouse with workout area and indoor resistance pool. A unique 60' x 50' walking resistance pool, 75' x 45' adult swimming pool and over sized adult Jacuzzi. In the mood for tennis or pickle ball, courts are available. Please note that many of our amenities are reserved for those who are ages 18 and over. Contact our rental office for more information. *No smoking, no pets. ***Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.
This 2 bedroom cottage in Seaglass Village Cottages has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping 6. This cottage also includes the use of a golf cart during your stay. You'll enjoy all the amenities Seaglass has to offer, 5 pools, a hot tub, and a fully stocked bar, just to name a few. This cottage has a fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill. It also has a washer and dryer in the cottage.
