I was happy to find this room on short-notice, and it served the purpose for an overnight. The good: The check-in was easy. The room and the bedding was clean. Parking was easy. There is a kitchen and a nice little screen porch. The price was affordable compared to other places in nearby towns. The bad: The bed was comically creaky, so if my wife or I moved in the night it woke up the other person. The futon folded up on itself like a taco with any adult-sized person on it (but was ok for my child). The stopper in the sink was not connected to the stopper lever, so I had to reach under the sink and move it by hand if when it needed moving. There are no windows, so we slept with the door open to the screen porch to get some air, which didn't feel very secure. Overall it served the purpose but I wouldn't go back except in a pinch.
