Firs, I will say the towels were clean. The room however was shabby beyond compare. The floor isn't level. There are holes in the wall. The curtains are falling off the rod and held in place with zip ties. There were dead bugs on the floor. The rug was stained. The bed was sunken in the middle. The dead bolt on the door doesn't work. I don't know how this owner can allow people to stay there in this condition.

Comfortable clean property not too far from the Oceanside. I checked in at about 9:00 p.m. with remote check in, was given instructions on how to get my room key. Nice bathtub with good hot water.

The room was very clean. The parking lot was not well shoveled, and with an unassisted check-in (no one in the office), we were confused on finding our room, but it was very convenient, and has a nice lobby area with microwave. The room was sufficient for what we needed, and the bed was VERY comfortable. The wi-fi was spotty at times, which is what negatively impacted our stay. Overall, a very good value, especially if wi-fi is only required minimally, versus working.

Room wasn’t cleaned, lots of ware and tear on the place. Staff was rude when she called To say because I wasn’t coming at 3pm for check in she would leave my keys in the box. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy

No hot water. They knew it was broke and did not say anything. No maintenance till Monday this was on a thursday.. Ice machine broke, coffee maker broke. Refusing any refund. This is not right.

There wasn’t a single staff there. You pushed a ring doorbell and then someone calls you. They ask questions I assume to make sure it’s who booked the room but then they asked for a credit card over the phone when you could very clearly tell they were calling from some kind of call center and I said no way, it’s says there’s somewhere here 8a-7p and I’ll gladly give a person card info but not over the phone and they ended up being okay w that. Room was terrible. No comforter, it was a sheet wrapped around a blanked. We went to Walmart to buy pillows and a blanket so we wouldn’t have to go over the covers. Bathroom had drywall patches and the towel bar fell off. Also the door to the room is off size wise and bright hallway light some through all night. It was easily the worst stay I’ve ever had. If I could give minutes points I would. Honestly we should’ve just left and stayed somewhere else. This is NOT worth the rate, the stay should’ve been like $11 for the night. I have pictures but I don’t see where to add them.

The room was very nice. Operating the shower was a challenge; instructions would've been helpful. Had a late arrival and had to reach out a few times to get the entry code.

My room was very old and the smell of bleach made me sick. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I tried to cancel this because I needed a handicap room. This room is outdated and disgusting. Upon checking in, the girl could not find my reservation. I was told I would pay at the property, but they told me that Expedia already took the money out. I was truly dissatisfied. I will not be booking with Expedia anymore.

DISGUSTING. My husband and I attempted to stay here and it was the ONLY place we have ever checked into and immediately checked right back out. Stains on the carpet, scratched up ruined furniture, wires hanging all over the tv, stains on bedding and shower curtain and a bug on our dresser. It gave me the creeps and bed bugs are real! I was not taking a chance, the price was great, but it wasn’t worth it.
