Located in Maine's first adult-focused and gated community, gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation to the absolute fullest. When you first enter the cottage you will love the feel of the bright and breezy living room area. There is a comfortable love seat and recliner, TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi connection here. The sunroom has large windows on all three sides and a sitting table with 4 chairs. The sofa in this room offers a pull-out couch for additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen, which includes luxury cabinets, granite counter tops, and all stainless-steel appliances is fully equipped with everything and more you will need to make a full course meal or just a quick snack. There are three additional bar stools for seating in the kitchen located right next to the pantry which offers ample storage space. The master bedroom backs up to the relaxing view of the Maine woods. Sleep and dream on the very comfortable queen size bed after a fun day enjoying Maine coast. There is plenty of closet space, a dresser, and flat screen TV provided. For your comfort and privacy, there is an additional half bath located in the master bedroom. The second bedroom also backs up to the Maine woods and features a twin over full bunk bed with a seaside color scheme, and again plenty of closet space, a dresser and flat screen TV is provided. The full bath is uniquely decorated with granite counter tops, a full size tub and equipped with a hair dryer, and plenty of storage. This is also where you will find a full-size washer and dryer, should you need to do a load of laundry during your stay. You can unwind in our fully landscaped and secluded back yard in the woods where there is a BBQ, patio table and plenty of seating. Great for enjoying your coffee in the morning, relaxing with a good book in the afternoon, or having your favorite beverage under the stars at night. Our cottage is located towards the back of the property where it is quiet, and walking distance to the tennis courts. Not fond of walking? A golf cart is included with your rental. MUST have a valid Driver's License to drive the golf cart. The family pool is fun for all ages with a large heated pool, small kiddie splash pool, with plenty of tables, umbrellas, lounge chairs and gas grills for your use. The gorgeous Clubhouse is for adults ONLY (18 plus). The Clubhouse amenities include a fully stocked bar, gym, library, great room, pavilion for events, a large outdoor heated salt-water pool with plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, gas grills for your use, a lap pool, water resistant pool, hot tub, fire pit area, putting green and much more! Even though our cottage has a fully equipped kitchen you may not want to cook, which will be no problem since there are many amazing restaurants in the area. You are sure to find something close by with the delicious food that Wells Beach is famous for, and priced to fit any budget. There is so much to see and do in and around Wells, whether you want to spend your days at the beach, check out the charming nearby towns and coves, visit the unique shops, go antiquing, or just want to sit, relax, and enjoy the many Seaglass resort amenities. *No smoking, no pets.** *Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.
Enjoy this 2-bedroom cottage, located toward the back of Seaglass Village property. This cottage has a relaxing a quite back yard, up against the wood line. This cottage offers a queen bed in the master, a bunk bed (twin over full) in the 2nd bedroom, and a pull-out sofa on the 3 seasons porch. It also includes a golf cart. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen or the grill in the backyard. No matter what you decide to do for dinner, we've got you covered. Don't forget to check out all the amenities. All amenities that are located at the Clubhouse are 18+. For all other amenities, kids must be accompanied by an adult under the age of 13.
