"Very convenient, very clean. Staff was excellent. Plan on staying there again when I am in the area."

"When they say 3:00 check in they mean it. We arrived at 2:00 to see if we could check in early. There was no one to talk to. We called the # posted at the front desk but it went right to voicemail. When we returned around 3:00 a very nice staff person was there. Our room was very clean, bed comfortable but dated, carpet needs replacing, air conditioning worked well. We liked being downtown & the River Walk. Due to city construction projects we found it difficult to find parking."

"A beautiful place to stay. Great view, fun times at the outside bar and dinner was great and reasonably priced. The rooms were very clean and nice. You had to use your room key to access any floor which I thought was a nice addition for security. We will definitely go back."

"Everything was great other than some minor maintenance issues. Hair dryer was not working but couldve been solved earlier, its just that we called too late that noone is able to take care of it. Curtains are also needed to be checked, has cuts and tears. But staff was great in accomodating our needs. So thank you."
