Customer service great. Door to pet area was exit only. Parking lot unsafe for vehicles due to shopping carts being left. Found shopping cart at rear of my vehicle in morning done damage to bumper and trunk lid. No one at desk to ask to see security video.

First thing i noticed is that the mini fridge and microwave were off and the outlet didnt work, causing mold to grow in mini fridge. The bath tub had rust pooring out of the faucet for a good 20 seconds. The free breakfast had waffles which were pretty good but there was no eggs or sausage in the heating pot made for them and there was no milk for the cereal.

Minimal Quality Inn
Never stayed at a “Quality” Inn before. We won’t again. Staff were great. Hotel was old. Door handles removed off the exterior of building on sides and back. We could use keycard to unlock but no handle to get in so we would have to walk all the way around building to get in. Thermostats in room was either hot or cold. No fan mode. TV had a max volume at 50% so we couldn’t hear it. We used captions and we are young with good hearing. “Free” breakfast room was so small and packed with very limited food.

Every thing was clean. The breakfast however was poor. The eggs tasted like cardboard and the rest was poor selection. When my room's shower and bath did not work, not discovered until the day I was leaving, all I was offered was to move to a different room for a few hours until I checked out. Then I had to get in touch with Expedia to get a refund or compensation. Will not stay at this place again

I booked a queen bed room, and there’s no way this bed is anything more than a full sized. There was literal dirt on my husbands pillow, it looks like someone left a puddle of pee in our shower, and on top of that when we checked in the person at the counter made a comment about how Indian names are hard to spell. We’re not Indian. There was no reason to say that.

Unfortunately our room wasn’t made up when we entered it. I went to the front a desk and it was very v busy with other guests checking in. I was able to get her attention and she exchanged the rooms right away but it was not the king size we had ordered

Booked a king suite & was horrible experience. For those with families this is a worst n drfinitely not a good hotel to stay We got room which had sofa bed. Upon opening sofa bed we noticed trash like pizza pieces left over down below it. Someone had forgot their jacket n it was lying around sitting there. When i contacted front desk n manager on duty, she denied helping out . Being 11pm she said we cannot run vaccum as it would disturb others. She didnt had another room for me. Theres no room service. If you need anything you go to front desk. Manager on duty is a teenager type girl who simply doesnt know how to handle customers. Half of time she isnt there on front desk. Horrible hotel. Avoid it.

When we go to our room we checked the bed and it was not clean. There was glitter and gems in the bed and other things. They changed us to another room that was cleaner but nothing worked. The fridge, TV, Microwave, clock and coffee pot would not work even pluged in. Honestly we were only staying one night just to sleep but still annoying.

Eh it was ok for a night
It was ok. The lady checking us in was very nice and informative. Hotel it self was kind of outdated. Garbage was overflowing everywhere and it was not sound proof at all! Could hear anything and everything. Breakfast was a let down. Went to get breakfast more than once and the line was out the door so we finally gave up and went to breakfast even though it was included in our package. Room was fine just outdated.
