Television is small, could not sign into the apps on it even though they were installed, kept cutting out, slow draining sink, toilet did not flush well, shower curtain leaked so fell on floor, road work caused issues getting to and from, hanging shower products were on floor by sink when came in, coffee in lobby tasted like water, nothing to stir with in lobby or breakfast area, no spoons for cereal Staff was nice, pillows were great!

Property is very run down and very noisy. There were recent blood stains on the carpet. The entry door has no cushioning and slams hut loudly. The bed has little support and sage in the center. The shower is difficult to operate, The streets are under repair. It is an old Super 8 hotel. Its desperately in need of updating and remodeling.

This property was not to expectations - it feels run down, staff is less than pleasant, and overall dirty. Our room was not fully cleaned upon arrival, public bathroom in the lobby had no toilet paper, the breakfast was barely edible, and everywhere you look there was mold. Find somewhere else to stay.

Under New management has been helpful to this location. Customer service was available and ready to help! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Checking in after midnight was not a hassle. One thing is, if you are local bring cash for down payment!

Do not reserve if you are 100% sure you are staying. They don’t honor their advertise “100% refundable” policy. I booked a week based on my job. When I notified them that the job was not going to be for the whole week, they didn’t honor the reimbursement. I asked to speak with management since nobody at the location seem to know about their policies. It was a bad experience.
