The condo was comfortable and well equipped.We arrived an hour after check in and the key cards did not work on the door. It took 40 minutes messaging Vacasa to learn that we needed to go to the resort’s office to get the cards rekeyed. On the third day, the cards stopped working and we had to go back two the office to get the cards rekeyed. It took two trips back and forth before the cards worked. It was hot, smokey and humid. So these delays were very unpleasant.The door “knob” was also an issue. It took multiple attempts each time before the handle engaged properly to open the door.When we arrived, the toilet would not flush, but my husband was able to fix it. The toilet seat was also broken.
