Beim Gang zum Frühstück musste man aufpassen das man nicht ausrutscht, da der komplette Bereich zum Frühstücksraum frisch geputzt war - dies kann nach der normalen Frühstückszeit passieren. Und nein, es musste nicht geputzt werden, es war niemandem ein Unglück passiert. Des weiteren wurde ein Zimmernachbar unsanft durch die Putzkräfte geweckt - dies ist kein normales Vorgehen.

Da man in der Region nicht viel Auswahl hat, landet man unweigerlich hier. An sich alles in Ordnung, aber die Sterne im Verhältnis zur Ausstattung des Zimmers, stehen leider in keinem Verhältnis. Extrem altbacken. Das Frühstück ist exzellent.

Sehr nett geführter Ausflug nach Freudenberg. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück lecker, es gab morgens Sekt zum Selberbedienen, unser Zimmer war hausbacken gehalten, am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag wurde das Frühstücksgeschirr in unserem Sitzbereich lautstark, hektisch und stark klappernd abgeräumt, das war eine Zumutung und ging am 2. Feiertag von einer anderen Servicekraft ruhig und ohne Hektik vonstatten. Das hatten wir ihr auch rückgeblendet. Liegt etwas abseits an Waldweg, toll zum Wandern.

Geht so.....

Beim Empfang war es dem dafür zuständigen Personal entschieden wichtiger die private Unterhaltung ungestört durch den Gast zu Ende zu führen als für einen zügigen Check-in zu sorgen. Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, obwohl damit ausdrücklich geworben wird, das geht gar nicht. In diesem Fall war es eine wesentliche Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Wahl dieses Hotels, das ansonsten nicht in die engere Wahl gekommen wäre.

Nettes Hotel

Ich habe das Hotel für einen Fortbildungsaufenthalt für eine Nacht gebucht. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen und zu unserem Zimmer gebracht worden. Das Zimmer war nicht groß aber sehr sauber, mit großem Fenster zum Innenhof. Es halt alles gepasst, gerne wieder. Zusätzlich hatte ich eine Entspannungsmassage gebucht. Auch hier war ich vollstens zufrieden. Sehr freundlich nett und angenehmes Ambiente. Auch das Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant war lecker, allerdings die Preise etwas überhöht. 6.50€ für 700 ml Wasser finde ich nicht gut. Alles in allem empfehle ich das Hotel gerne weiter. Ich komme wieder bei der nächsten Fortbildung in der Nähe

Für ein Wochenende gut geeignet, angesichts des Mini Fitness Raum allerdings ehr kein Sporthotel... Wellness Bereich insbesondere Schwimmbad zu kalt. Leicht Renovierungsbedürftig. Essen Top, Service teilweise unaufmerksam, überfordert trotz mäßiger Auslastung.

OK Hotel, slightly outdated, small (twin) beds

Most of the staff seems to be young and unexperienced. No smiles, no important hints. Room was small, outdated interior with questionable carpet. Bathroom was OK but not well kept (missing towel holder near sink, missing toilet paper holder, doorknob of bathroom door damaged). Bed in single room was only a small twin bed (.9 x 2m, 36in x 78in). Spa is OK, Saunas are working well. Door to outdoors hidden behind curtain and closed, Changing room shared with solariums, narrow. Service in Restaurant overstrained, unexperienced, unfriendly, unprofessional. Quality of dishes doesn't legitimate high prices.

Small noisy room

We were unfortunate to have gotten a room above the restaurant, where until late at night a party took place. This room should not have been rented out, certainly not as a 4-star hotel room. All the lady at reception could offer was the remark that they could of course not leave the hotel empty when a party takes place. Also a minibar was missing in the room. The room was simply not worth the money and this was a once but never again experience. The two other nights and most of the other staff was OK.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage, direkt am Waldrand.

Wir, ein älteres Ehepaar, sind mit großem jungen Hund angereist. Das Hotel war ein Traum für Mensch und Tier. Ein sehr ansprechendes Hotel mit großem Parkplatz und gleich anschließenden Rad- und Wanderwegen in die unglaublich schöne Natur. Wald wohin das Auge reicht. Einfach super. Wir haben zwar nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, aber es macht wirklich Lust darauf, hier mal richtig Urlaub zu machen. Für uns gibt es nichts besseres.

Hübsches Hotel in Waldnähe

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage im Hotel. Einen Tag haben wir die Umgebung und einen Tag den Wellnessbereich erkundet. Im Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Sauna und Beautyfarm kann man sich sehr gut verwöhnen lassen. Leider hatten wir sehr viel Regen und auch etwas Schnee, so das wir den Aussenbereich ( wie z.B. Liegewiese, Minigolf etc.)nicht nutzen konnten.

Gut mit leichten Abstrichen ...

Das Zimmer insbesondere Bad und Duschbereich waren klein und leicht abgewohnt. Das Zimmer war hellhörig. Hinter dem Bett lag ein Bonbon, leichter Staub sowie die Verpackung des "Betthupferls". Das Zimmer verfügte über einen Balkon, und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen und kostenfreien Parkplatz

Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel

Insgesamt ein gutes, empfehlenswertes Hotel. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl umfangreich. Da ich das Hotel nur für eine Nacht und nur zum Schlafen genutzt habe, kann ich weiterreichende Aussagen nicht treffen. Einziger Mangel, der mir aufgefallen ist: Das Bad war nicht separat beheizbar. Da ich gern kalt schlafe aber ein sehr warmes Bad bevorzuge, war Tür auflassen auch keine Lösung.

Als Einzelzimmer empfinde ich ein Doppelzimmer bei dem lediglich das zweite Betzeug weggeräumt wurde als nicht sehr einladend. Doppelbett mit zwei Matratzen ist ungemütlich und sieht einfach nich einladend aus, wenn die ein Seite leer ist.
