"On paper, the house sounded great. It had the space we needed for a party of 15 and the location was great. The homeowner was responsive and I was excited for a bachelorette weekend. Upon arrival, the house was spacious and looked great on the surface. However, after a few hours we began to notice some issues with the house. "Very old house close to boardwalk but in residential neighborhood with other old houses. Listing did not show pictures of all rooms including kitchen and bathroom. Very unfriendly neighbors threatened us. Maid was nice. Must run air conditioners to eliminate constant dampness and musty smell. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived.
