Welcome to the Seven View Condo #3B, a 2nd-floor Corner Studio oceanfront condo with sweeping views of beautiful West Bay.
Located in the tranquil and picturesque West Bay area, this condo complex, which hit the vacation rental market in January 2023, offers an escape away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile, enabling visitors to relax in the charms the property has to offer and the old-world feel of the region.
There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - to 7-minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.
Your sweeping view is of Seven Mile Beach from the pool deck and your condo balcony. Minutes away, enjoy snorkelling at Cemetery Beach, relax on beach chairs at Governors Beach, and have lunch at Tillie’s.

The Seven Mile View Condo #3B is a 2nd-floor studio oceanfront condo in West Bay with views of Seven Mile Beach.
The condo has a King-size bed and can sleep up to 2 people. This is a great choice for those wanting direct oceanfront views, a private beach, excellent snorkelling, and shore diving while being just 2 minutes from world-famous Seven Mile Beach.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2nd-floor unit. Due to the open stairs at this condo, for your safety, the minimum age for children is 5 years old.
Laundry:
Condo guests in units 3A and 3B share access to a washer and dryer space at the complex. Linens and towels are changed out by your housekeeper upon request.

The Seven Mile View complex has been completely renovated from top to bottom with modern kitchens, high-end tile floors, floating staircases, large windows bringing in lots of light and spectacular ocean views, patios off the living and bedroom areas, and high ceilings.

Kitchen Essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with a board. Towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.
Inclusions:
Each unit is equipped with two(2) lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
