“Very clean”

“Look no further if you are going to Birmingham. What a perfect place to stay. Clean, everything you needed (we cooked a number of dinners there), excellent communication with the owner (very responsive), and close to a grocery store (Publix), restaurants and most importantly, ideal for golfing at Robert Trent (Oxmoor Valley and Ross Bridge). Three bedrooms, all with excellent bedding (K, Q and 2 twins). We have been coming to Alabama every fall for 7 years to play the various Robert Trent……

“Perfect stay! The cabin was clean, in a great location (private, quiet, relaxing atmosphere). We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the early morning and mid afternoon, cool breeze and watching the hummingbirds and fished several times a day. We caught several fish but released them. Such a great place to get away from it all! Our dogs enjoyed as well! Definitely will be booking again!”

“Communication with host in advance was horrible. VRBO had to get involved. Only received the most basic check in info at 2:45pm on day of check in and only because I kept reaching out. When we arrived the temp was above 80 and after 15 min of trying was not changing. There were dead bugs on 2 of the bath towels and on kitchen counter, it was dirty and smelled of smoke. We contacted VRBO and after the ring around we were able to be transferred to a new place. Do not recommend!!!”
