Hotel Romance

10/10 Excellent

"I recently returned from a trip of a lifetime to the beautiful Czech Republic, and staying at Hotel Romance in Karlovy Vary was hands down the most special part of my entire journey. From the moment I arrived, the customer care was absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly helpful, personable, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. My room was completely spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. To add to an already perfect stay, the food was excellent—every meal was a delight. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. The location is also unbeatable. You are steps away from everything, making it incredibly easy to walk to the historic colonnades, thermal springs, and all the local shops. I cannot recommend Hotel Romance enough. If you are planning a visit to Karlovy Vary and want a charming, flawless experience, this is the place to book."

Harvey Spa Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent place to relax and unwind from busy life. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We had half board add on option and the food options and quality was also very good. The hotel is in excellent condiiton, quiet and in very close proximity to the town center. The gardens and surrounding area offer fantastic outdoor activities. We have visited a number of spa towns, including Karlovy Vary, Marianske Lane and Harvey Hotel in Frantiskovy Lazne is at the top of our list. If you visit, you will have an amazing time."

Spa Resort Sanssouci

10/10 Excellent

"Went to Blue first, and an endless line for checking with no extra help. Two middle-aged ladies at the desk did the best considering. Then a surprise that I had to go to Green building instead. Wasted almost a half an hour only to go to a different place. At Green building, what a difference, at the desk Dominik was great quick and very efficient. David was fantastic as well when I extended my stay."

Savoy Westend Hotel

8/10 Good

"Generally the hotel is really stylish and is in a nice setting with good underground parking (although this is quite a bit extra). The breakfasts are sufficient and well presented. The pool and spa are nice and clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this cost. It's a 10mins walk in to the town (downhill going, but uphill coming back 😧). Overall, it's is a decent 5star hotel with service and amenities you would expect for what you are paying."
