“When I arrived it was only one staff who was over worked. You could see that he was overwhelmed. When I checked in got into to my room it wasn't cleaned, bedding on the floor no trash bags in the trash cans the room a mess. Then when I reported it was more like "let me see if I can upgrade you, the upgrade was going to be a single and a roll bed- not an upgrade!”
