「We’re staying in Deluxe cabin for 4, there is not hot water in both washrooms and kitchen. We found out at 5pm, which the reception was closed. We ran to reception and asked for help, a staff called their boss, and they offered us another room. It was disastrous to worry about having no hot water in such cold weather, and we were exhausted to ran back and forth between cabin and reception, as our house is quite far from the reception. I expect our room was ready and being checked, before...

「Check in process is slow. No phone in the room. No breakfast is available. The restaurant was fully booked so we could not have dinner at the hotel restaurant. 」

「Located near the park entrance, instruction given for after hours check in but the assigned property is a bit tricky to find in the dark. Facility was great with kitchen, washroom with jacuzzi spa, and fireplace providing heating. Overall good experience staying in this cabin right in the Cradle Mountain National Park.」

「Location was great, right next to the pier for Gordon River Cruise and parking provided during the cruise period after check out. The bistro served great food and highly recommended. Some hiccups during check in about the room location and bistro reservation but were eventually solved.」

「The property was a beautiful old home home converted to a hotel and really well done, maintaining the original character. The (young) staff were eager to please, the chef was amazing and the meal was excellent. Charlottes is an excellent restaurant, a cut above any other in Strahan. Fine dining. Organisation of the business side could have been better, but didn't detract from the experience.」

「not bad」

「The staff are kind, welcoming and everything you'd hope for when travelling to such a destination. I came here for a recharge, and achieved it Leah, and team were exceptional, I hope your next adventures are as good as mine.」

「Clean room, great location, nice restaurant 」

「good place」

「Very nice, quaint, clean and new feeling. Bathroom was excellent, only thing I would recommend is more wall hooks. Very good night sleep.」
