“We spent five days at the beginning of May 2026 in this condo and couldn’t ask for a better spot for our first trip to St. Thomas! Perfect location ..close to Red Hook for shops and the ferry. Nice balcony for watching the sunrise and coffee. Pool was refreshing and maintained regularly. Local restaurant / bar, Sudi’s, located in the lower level of building. Provides laid back island vibes with great drinks and delicious food. Host was accommodating and responsive when needed. Would definitely……

“We very much enjoyed our stay at Coconut Coast. The villas are quite good sized, very close to the car ferry docks, and fairly easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of parking there, and generally we ended up parking there and walking to town, since parking in town was expensive and hard to find. The place has a well maintained pool, and free snorkel gear to borrow. We appreciated the fact that they allow us access to their laundry after 3:30pm too. That was……

“Our villa was ideally located such that we could easily walk into Cruz Bay to visit the National Park Visitor Center, shop, eat, sight see, and grab a shuttle to the beautiful St. John beaches! The villa was clean, well maintained and had a stunning view of Cruz Bay! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The villa complex was quiet and lovely. It truly was an ideal location for our St. John adventures! Highly recommended!!!”

“Bella Mar is exceptional. The pictures do not show how gorgeous it really is. It is so luxurious and everything is new. Kathleen has thought of everything. This is the only place I will stay while vacationing at Sapphire Beach. She has everything you could possibly want. Beach chairs, noodles, all size masks and fins for snorkeling, a place to hang your wet towels and bathing suits, beautiful outdoor table and chairs. “Such a great location for a quiet (we went off cruise season :) ) place just steps from the beach. It requires a taxi to get basically anywhere, but there is a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant within walking distance right on the beach. It was the perfect location for a relaxing weekend.”

“Great location property right next to Sapphire beach and a pizza place and a restaurant next door. As a newby, I was able you take the open top taxi ($10 if you are alone and $6 per person if more than 1 person), from behind the restaurant to Red Hook to get groceries. Just beware prices are are a little expensive because it's an island so don't get sticker shock. Beach is very nice and you can show the bracelet to the guy on the beach with the blue chairs to get the free chairs. The ferry is……
