「Enjoyed the amenities and downstairs snack room. Staffing issues from the restaurant to the check-in with overcharging and double swiping my car. Location was prime. Did not appreciate being charged for valet parking, though I flew in & had car service the entire time. For that reason, I’ll give my overall experience of four out of five.」

「First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that...
