“Upon learning the pool was in repair, and has been for some time, after riding in 30c all day, we were quite disappointed. The lady at check in seems dismissive and sarcastic that we were not impressed. Asking us if we were planning to swim some laps??? We needed to cool off - sadly one of the ladies in our group explained that to her. The lady at the check in said she would let the manager know. My point was we should have been notified of the pool being broken so 1. we didn't look forward……

“Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and bright even with limited windows. If you’re wanting very quiet for sleeping the back rooms are great for that. The front room over look the highway which continuously flows with traffic. But in all fairness, we had not had a chance to check out the noise level. Loved the beds and the pillows. So comfortable! Loved how the rooms opened up to the beautiful lobby with the swimming pool and hot tub and lots of comfortable couches……

“One of the most unique rooms and hotels in which I have ever stayed. Could use some updating, but a great night. Stairs to the bed in the loft, a jacuzzi in the living room, and a tunnel to the pool and hot tub. Hotel has a games room and what appeared to be a bike shop/fitness room. The waterslide is very slow and the hot tub overlooks the highway. Included breakfast was underwhelming. Location and views over the mountains were amazing.”

“A cozy pod, much better than your regular bunk bed. The noise from the bar was manageable. The property has a little sauna, but it closes at 10pm so I didn't have a chance to try it”
