“Horrible. The property totally misrepresented the amenities. The hot tub, sauna and pool were out of commission for months. None of those amenities were available. I canceled but the place refused to give me my money back saying I missed the 24 hour cancelation period. Yes, after booking they sent an an email late at night saying those amenities weren't available and I had 24 hours to check my email and then cancel. Stay far away from this property. ”

“Good stay overall. Great location, short walk to downtown, quick drive to ski hill. The kitchen is a bit lacking with just a few cups, old toaster and coffee maker and very minimal food storage. ”

“Easy access, cozy, and clean. We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available when they were advertised as part of the listing. ”

“Condo was fine, but not as advertised. While ski hill views were promised, a highway one was received. Check-in process was not clear, no email was received prior to arriving. A follow up note had to be sent to gain access. Accessing the wifi was a similar experience. Overall we enjoyed are trip, but the lack of up front communication and the not as advertised view took away from the experience. ”

“The place is comfortable and is well equipped for cooking meals. Unfortunately the price quoted is not all inclusive. They use Superhog, a European company for guest verification and taking the security deposit. Superhog charged me $7.50 for this and it was not stated beforehand that this would happen. Not only do you have to pay to provide a security deposit but you have to give your personal information to a European company. There were issues with the unit and the management company was……
