“I stayed here for a conference so the location was excellent. My booking stated deluxe room but it was just a large room; I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. The mattress was saggy and the lighting was awful - tiny bedside lights or dim overhead lights - no table lamp for working. The bathroom was so dark it was very difficult to apply or remove makeup - better lighting is essential. It was also noisy late at night on the street frontage sides of the hotel. “Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……
