「I stayed here for a conference so the location was excellent. My booking stated deluxe room but it was just a large room; I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. The mattress was saggy and the lighting was awful - tiny bedside lights or dim overhead lights - no table lamp for working. The bathroom was so dark it was very difficult to apply or remove makeup - better lighting is essential. It was also noisy late at night on the street frontage sides of the hotel. 「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Though, a little away from downtown’s historic district, we enjoyed a very pleasant stay. There is a casino and a movie theatre adjacent to the lobby. Cafe and restaurant as well. There is a pond with a nice walkway around it. Playground for kids behind that pond. If you have a dog you will enjoy the area. Big breakfast buffet worth every penny and free parking not to forget.」

「Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.」

「飯店位置交通方便，但是房間淋浴間排水功能很差，整間浴室都淹水，很危險。」

「整體居住環境不錯，裝修很有當地特色，但是洗手盤漏水，像酒店職員反映後，只放了幾條毛巾在洗手盤下面把水接住，使用上非常不便。早餐選擇也不多。職員整體來說非常熱情，但酒店硬件實在有缺漏。」
