Beautiful property with top notch staff. Would absolutely recommend for an affordable but still lovely experience. Bus and tram right outside which get you to the city centre extremely quickly.

Wonderful hotel in Amsterdam. Short walk to Central Station or the cruise terminal. Very nice rooms and the breakfast included is fantastic with hot and cold options, eggs any way, fresh fruit.

Walk to town is roughly 25 minutes. Nice that hotel has bike rentals. Room was too hot at night for sleeping. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

SAIL 2025 AMSTERDAM - this hotel is the IDEAL location as it is ground zero, the heart of the event! I had a superior canal room and the event was at my front door, the main orchestra stage is on property as is a perfect view of the fireworks. LOVE YOU HOTEL JAKARTA - your staff is top notch too.

Lovely hotel to stay in. It wasn’t quite as luxurious as the photos suggested. All the staff were very professional, polite and helpful. The vegan options could be improved, especially when they have a sign saying ask for plant-based options but the chefs were either confused or didn’t have much to offer. They tried their best though.

Lovely hotel with very clean spacious room. Great breakfast and dinner was excellent. Quick tram ride to city centre or 25 minutes walk. Shame sauna was naked , not really my vibe! Otherwise an excellent stay would highly recommend.

The room was not clean, there were hairs everywhere and the sink was dirty. The Wellness area was way to small for the Hotel especially because there were many external guests in the spa. Sauna appeared pretty used and the pool water was very cold. We were disappointed from the breakfast, the fruit salad was not fresh, the cheese was already dried out. The buffet offered mainly unhealthy options going into an English breakfast style. Also the eggs were cold and the coffee tasted burned. All together we were highly disappointed from our stay. However, we have to highlight that the Personal was always friendly.
