“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Though, a little away from downtown’s historic district, we enjoyed a very pleasant stay. There is a casino and a movie theatre adjacent to the lobby. Cafe and restaurant as well. Gute Einrichtung. 6 deutsche Fernsehprogramme, jedoch nur die Werbung war bei RTL und SAT mit Ton, Filme oder Fußball-Liveübertragungen tonlos. Im Aussenbereich sind die Bepflanzungen an der unzenliegenden Terrasse noch nicht abgeschlossen. Aber ansonsten alles gut, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. ”

“Die Unterkunft war haustierfreundlich, es war aber dem entsprechend auch nicht so sauber, da überall Hundehaare vorzufinden waren. Außerdem war das Geschirr und Besteck nur bedingt sauber. Die Heizung heizt gut, sollte aber mal entlüftet werden, da sie viel gluckert. Aber das Haus hat eine schöne Lage und man hat seine Ruhe.”
