「What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious...

「Overall experience with Palihouse was great. Highly recommended if you are traveling with family. Staff were friendly and helpful, although they have limited people. A bit upset coz the housekeeping kinda went thru our stuff and ditched our shopping bags away (were not even beside the trashcan, we got stuff we wanted inside) 」

「The room had a strong urine odor throughout our stay, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the female staff member at the front desk was extremely unfriendly and rude — her attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.」

「All staffs are nice and helpful. The rooms are too small when the room rates not cheap comparatively. Amenities are too old and not up to date, like the hair dryer, I wonder why the cord is so short not even 12” in length, really the 1st time I saw the shortest cord during all my travels. The plugs for charger are too slow, I need few hours time to finish charging my phones.. not really happy with the facilities of the hotel. My only appreciation is the staffs of all staffs.」

The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room.
