"A comfortable decent stay in Double Tree by Hilton located at West Kelowna, BC. Really this hotel was exceptionally neat and clean, starting from the front entrance, corridor, reception area, elevator, inside the bedroom and washroom. Linens were very clean. The washroom room toiletries were sufficiently filled out and overall washroom cleanliness was excellent."

"We booked a 2 bedroom & 2 bath suite with full kitchen and dining area and it felt a lot more like a condo then a hotel room. It”s nice to eat breakfast in the room and then set off for the day. We also had dinner at the hotel one night at the restaurant and the food and service was excellent."

"The accommodation was comfortable and decently appointed. The balcony gives good views of Okanagan Lake and Mission Hill winery. The amenities in the facility were great! Pool, hot tub, pool table and much more. The key fob thing was a bit challenging at times. You can’t go anywhere on the property without them, but better safe than sorry. Ruslana (the host) was very prompt in responding to my inquiries and was quite helpful. Quail’s Gate and Mission Hill wineries are just a few minutes away. Also, Paynter’s produce and farm is close by. Great produce there and a ton of pumpkins and flowers for us to enjoy. Only minor negative for us was that there was no TV channels that we could access in the suite. There was NETFLIX and Amazon Prime but no regular TV channels. For a sports guy I had to go to the lounge in the amenity centre to watch a football game. Not terrible, but if there was one slight improvement to suggest, that would be it."

"What a gem in West Kelowna! This rental is so cute, clean and beautifully located. We could have sat on the outside terrace for days looking at the lake. I can't wait to stay here again. Wonderful hosts, great communication and a lovely place to call home away from home!"
