Newly remodeled kitchen, baths, and basement! Safe and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful fully fenced backyard with a deck, BBQ grill and large table to enjoy the outdoors! 4 Smart HD TVs and high speed internet! 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor. Another bedroom and full bathroom in the basement together with an open recreation area including a video game arcade and a ping pong table. Fully stocked kitchen. A comfortable and convenient base for your visit!

We had a wonderful experience! We came for a Purdue Basketball Game with some old friends. There was plenty of room for our family and friends. The location was perfect and the house was comfortable and clean.

We thought the kitchen was well-appointed, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was peaceful, and the back deck was lovely for our morning coffee! A perfect cottage! Roomier than the pictures suggest! Loved the spa-like decor, too! Thank you!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the stadium & campus. The house felt bigger than we thought. There is another complete living area downstairs! There is a big deck with table & chairs and large kitchen with table and breakfast bar. The big screen TV was perfect place to enjoy watching Purdue basketball win!! We will visit again for sure!
