The hotel is run down, paper signs posted everywhere because things are broken, carpets need cleaning, sink constantly clogged, hot water not hot enough, threadbare towels, and uncomfortable beds. I would not recommend staying here to anyone

Disappointing, the hotel could be nice if it was cleaned properly. Nice indoor pool and atrium. Check-in was easy. However Housekeeping knocked on our door every 30 minutes starting at 9am checkout was 11. Felt rushed to leave. Beds were uncomfortable, curtains were ripped, stains on floor and tub. Hire professional cleaners.

Probably the worst stay I’ve ever had ! The pool was closed, the elevator was broken, the restaurant was closed, they didn’t have a king room that I had reserved months before the stay , also the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain and the lamp next to the bed didn’t work!

This is a fun Quality Inn. I have no idea what the design was but have never seen one with a large interior with trees and spiral staircases with tons of common area. The design alone is very interesting. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you can tell the owners are renovating a massive space. Once the pool and hot tub are working again, this will be a great budget-friendly option for folks.

It’s not a bad property if you are just going to stay there couple of days and will be at hotel just for good night sleep, which should be able to get. Nothing is there to be elated about but nothing is bad either. Breakfast is just to make sure you have something for your tummy in the morning. I would consider tad below value for money but i am very comfortable to go back again if i am travelling for just 1-2 days.
