"服务非常非常好，尤其是楼下的接待，她非常细心耐心地介绍信息，这是我在中国从未遇到过的。位置就在还剑湖旁边，非常方便，同时距离最繁华的街道也就四五十米，闹中取静。房间总体比较安静，因为就在还剑湖旁边，周末还能听到外面的噪音，但晚上10点以后基本就安静了。餐厅很棒，服务也很好，苏利，风景也很美。推荐。"

"這次旅行挑飯店時，這家是其中一間心儀的，剛巧這平台有優惠，果斷敲定。選的一房一廳有露台房型，空間寬敞，完全能滿足需求，洗手間和浴室的面積甚至和睡房不相上下，著實讓人驚喜。
考慮到是生日旅行，便聯絡飯店，詢問能否換成望湖景的房間。沒想到飯店回覆超迅速，不僅爽快答應，還主動問我需不需要生日房間佈置，甚至貼心詢問是否需要機場接送(付費)服務。
雖然接送費用比別處高，我婉拒了，但這份主動和熱情，當時讓我心裡暖乎乎的，滿心期待著入住那天的驚喜。
終於等到入住，推開門的期待，瞬間被失望取代。
所謂的生日佈置，不過是地上隨意堆放著一堆雜亂的氣球，有些都已經漏氣了，看上去十分敷衍。心裡難免有些失落，事已至此，也不好再多說什麼。
在飯店住了五天，雖說距離舊城區開車得 20 分鐘左右，但這也是我特意的選擇。之前在網路上看到不少人說，
老城區雖便利，可惜日夜噪音不斷。親身經歷過河內司機不管什麼狀況都愛按喇叭後，我更堅定了選西湖區這家稍遠酒店的決心。遠離喧囂，換來安靜的住宿環境，也算是一種取捨吧。"

The receptionist not only quickly arranged a comfortable rest area for us, but also enthusiastically took us to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, and introduced the local tourist attractions in detail and provided many practical suggestions. What is even more touching is that even after he got off work and went home, he still cared about our situation and was always ready to help.
In the afternoon, when he was on the night shift again, despite his busy work, he still did not forget to properly arrange the room for us and carefully asked us if we had any other needs. He also took the initiative to arrange transportation to the airport for us the next day to ensure that our trip was worry-free. As three elderly travelers, we felt extremely warm and grateful for this.
Now we know his name to be Phong。we firmly believe that it is rare for the VIP Hotel to have such an outstanding employee. We implore the leadership to give this employee a great compliment for his outstanding service and selfless dedication.Seeing that we were old, the hotel management upgraded us to a room with a window for free.
