There are menu items that are made to order for no extra charge. The rooms are very clean. The amenities in the room are great! I can’t say enough good things about the staff…if you have a need they do everything they can to help!"

"Spacious clean apartment with king bed, kitchen, washer dryer. Close to a quieter but trendier more upscale neighbourhood than the old quarter. Free scooter parking in the garage below. "

"There are small shops nearby. Make sure you carry enough VND. There are couple of seven eleven like stores that accept credit cards. In entire Hanoi, many places don’t accept credit cards. I found the eating options in the hotel limited. The breakfast was good. Awesome view if you select the lakeview rooms. "

"Large & clean rooms, professional staff, good facilities (although the jacuzzi wasn’t working in the spa), amazing breakfast. Definitely highly recommended. Good location about 10-12mins walk from the centre of the old quarter, train street and Hoan Kiem lake. "
