"The hotel was nice and very quiet, but the bed was so hard we couldn't sleep on it. We asked for a softer mattress or a topper but nothing was available. The hotel is a long way from Siem Reap centre or any amenities, so even getting some shopping requires a taxi or tuc-tuc, as the hotel is on a busy main road with no pavements."

"It's an old style hotel using natural ventilation to cool it, however Siem Reap weather is not so much the heat but humidity, so a lack of air conditioning makes it uncomfortable. The staff are wonderful and friendly and can't do enough for you."
