“Pros:
Overall good place to stay. To us it felt central to Miami, or atleast for what we were there for. There was direct access to highways and expressways. Food just down the street and we always had a place to park our rental car. The laundry in the building was convenient and easy to pay for. Building felt secure and the other residents always greeted us with a smile and a cheerful hello.
Cons:
We had an issue with the kitchen drain and the shower drain. The garbage disposal didn’t work.……

“We stayed at The Elser for our anniversary, and overall if was a wonderful experience. The property was very nice and clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from our room-we were even able to watch the cruise ships depart from the Port of Miami.
The location is excellent, Bayside Marketplace is directly across the street, offering plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The hotel is also within walking distance of CVS, the train station, and……

“My first concern is that I thought I was renting an apartment in the Citizen M building in Brickell but ended up in an apartment above a multi storey car park a mile away from where I wanted to be. This might be the Expedia algorithm, to be fair. The second complaint is that the check in experience was diabolical. The host sent details for a digital key that can only work on a US registered 'phone and I was visiting from the UK. The receptionist was unhelpful and rude. Eventually the host……
