Avoid this rental – unsafe, poorly maintained, and unhelpful host
The location is convenient for accessing Manhattan, but the condition of the property was far below expectations. During our stay, we encountered multiple serious problems. Including: strong gas odor, a stove that did not work, broken chairs, and significant plumbing issues (some bathrooms had very low water flow, others lacked cold water). Only one key was provided for a large group, and despite the listing, there was no EV charging available.Parking was also a major issue. The information provided by the host was not accurate. Signs clearly indicate that night parking there was not allowed for non-residents. Finding legal parking during the week proved extremely difficult. Combined with the lack of support from the host, these issues made for a stressful and unsafe experience. Guests should be cautious before booking this property.
