"Property was clean, the food at the restaurants were ok. Staff were not accommodating at all. We did not feel like we were staying at a resort style hotel with customer service but an air bnb where you have to basically fend for yourself. Although not directly on the strip, the location was close enough. I was disappointed with the pool… we purchased a cabana with a private pool. People kept getting in our pool, the food was not that great. I didn’t think this was a hotel that focus on families but there were a lot of kids at the pool. Would have been nice for an adult only section. Parking and valet were free but there was never anyone at the valet counter to park…"
