“I think this was a carriage house at one time. It's very small (maybe 30 ft x 30 ft), but well-stocked and has all amenities, including well-functioning air conditioning! An excellent place for solo travelers - quiet, safe, and with solid internet. Nice community for a walk. I had my little dog with me (large dogs would probably be a challenge). Delightful owner lives in a house at the front of the property. The patio, pool, and hot tub are well-kept and cozy. Would definitely stay here again. ……

“Great location and house!”

“During our time of need this place was just what God had in store for us. We had a tragedy strike our family and needed a place quickly. It filled all of our needs and then some. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. She made it super easy for us to be able to relax and decompress from the storm that was swirling around us. “Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. ”

“A perfect place to stay for a single traveler or couple.”

“We loved our stay at this adorable little cottage! Everything was exactly as it looked in the pictures. The bed was very comfy, and the place is exceptionally clean. Probably the most immaculate place I have stayed in. The patio and pool area is lovely and private, and we enjoyed swimming and hanging out by the beautifully landscaped yard.
