****WARNING! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY*****

DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Would give zero stars if possible. We arrived at this property at 4pm Sunday and the AC was not working it was 79 degrees on the first floor at 83 on the second floor. By 7:30pm the house had not cooled down so we made the decision leave and to return to our house 3 min away because it was unsafe for our family with two young children & a small dog to sleep. The host was alerted & we told them we wanted to leave and be refunded. They refused to refund us. We went back to the house Monday at 11am and the house was HOTTER than when we left. 86 degrees. We alerted the host again. They told us they were going to send someone to diagnose the problem. Didn’t happen. We never heard from the host for days and returned to the house Thursday at 9am to check the ac. We were locked out. They had changed the code. Mind you our reservation was from Sunday night through the following Saturday morning. I never canceled the reservation, hence why I am able to leave this review. They have lied and said they fixed the air minutes after we left Sunday- A blatant lie. Debunked by video proof we have. They are refusing to return our money for a house with broken AC and locking me out halfway through our stay. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
