“Communication at check-in was disappointing. The staff member spoke to me without properly explaining the property layout or showing where my room was located. There is rarely anyone at reception — it was completely closed at 1 pm. I tried calling the number listed on the front door, but no one answered at first. When I eventually got through, I mentioned that there was no cutlery in the room. I was told they don’t provide cutlery for short stays, which is absurd — I’ve never stayed anywhere……
