「Room smelled musty our entire day. The people in the room next to us were smoking in their room. The roof in the indoor pool room had lost several ceiling tiles, there was Clearwater damage, and there was a several pieces of insulation coming out. The morning breakfast was hosted by a very rude woman who would slam lid shut if someone forgot to close it. They’re also was approximately 6 to 8 ladybugs in our bathroom at any point.」
