Did everything he could to make our stay completely wonderful and stress-free. We booked with no problem, he was knowledgeable, he was friendly, he was more than wonderful and the hotel was a comfortable and lovely stay. 10 of 10. Totally recommend. "

"Night lady at the front desk wasn't happy.. at all "

"THE room was unacceptable. the room smelled had a thumb size hole in the wall and 50-100 nail holes. A/C not working temp was set at 78 and could adjust. We never unpack we went back down and checked out and had problems wanting to charge us for the room. Notified Expedia to get refund had problems with them. NOT HAPPY!! "
