「It was a really nice place. In our case there was no one else there so we were able to hang out in the main downstairs area which was pretty nice. The staff we needed help from were very responsive as well. I honestly would recommend staying here as the views from the front porch at night and during sunset are amazing!」

「The only reason that I didn't give them four stars is that there was so much light on the front of the building that you could not sit on the chairs and see any stars. I assumed that a place called dark skies would have lights that are motion sensored or more dim so that you could take in the night sky, so we walked about a block down the road to see the stars. 「This property was perfect for our family of four. It was cozy with warm blankets, comfortable beds, and comfortable seating. The views were unbelievable! We loved sitting on the front porch, reading a good book, and just taking in the majesty of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. The cabin is a short drive from town.
