「Very tropical feel, great breakfast. All ground floor rooms, very friendly & helpful staff. Free airport shuttle bus. No fridge, no AC, only veiling fan? Bathroom/ toilet has no windows. Bad noise insulation rooms. Small souvenir shop. 」

「I am generally pleased with the services here , the people are nice and helpful. I felt really relaxed here and definitely enjoy my stay in the hotel. There is only one thing that I felt funny about is that apparently there is not much changes available in the restaurant, almost every time, the waiter/waitress will have to give in back the changes at night... Although not in large amount, there is no changes available on my last day of stay (since I left in the morning!) ....Not a big issue and...

「Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff and very good food. There are 2 restaurants, both good but suggest doing advance booking for the Pot Luck Club restaurant, it is very good. Hotel is in safe area, can walk down to Melrose Arch through park, no problem.」

「- Room is a bit small but neat and tidy. - A stupid design of SOCKET position. Space between socket and desk is not enough for plug to plug in. Can only use the socket for kettle to charge phones. - Location is good. Near airport and there is a food square right next to the hotel.
