You will immediately feel at peace when you arrive at this lovingly appointed home, set on a half-acre of beautiful beach property, professionally landscaped. The house and property evoke a sense of New England beach charm that is sure to please all guests! Ideally situated for the perfect beach vacation, it is a short walk or bike ride to private East Beach or use one of three Misquamicut Fire District (MFD) beaches for a relaxing beach vacation! Enjoy a lovely bike ride, walk, or short drive to the beautiful village of Watch Hill and take in all that Watch Hill has to offer! Don't forget to visit downtown Westerly and the village of Weekapaug, while you are here - both will be sure to make your beach vacation complete.

Start and end your day taking in the lovely views from the large deck overlooking the front yard - distant ocean views, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and star-gazing that is sure to take your breath away! You will not want to have your coffee or cocktails anywhere else! And be sure to enjoy the large outdoor shower (hot and cold water) to cool off from your relaxing beach day!

THE SPACE

Beautifully appointed home with central A/C, outdoor shower and large deck for relaxing and listening to the ocean. The main living area is a beautiful open concept with lots of sunshine, sure to make every guest appreciate all of the beauty that this house has to offer! The home has three beautifully designed and appointed bedrooms with 1 Queen, 1 Full, and 2 Twin beds. This home lovingly and comfortably accommodates five - and we have thought of all details so that you simply need to relax and enjoy your stay! In addition, there is a fabulous sunroom where you can enjoy your down time with a good book or conversation. The rooms have been named after local surf spots, in honor of this part of the rich history of Misquamicut and Westerly. Perfect beach house for our family

The whole family enjoyed our stay. The house fit our needs really well, from the single floor layout for all three bedrooms, to the great outdoor spaces like the front deck and the three season room. The house was clean, well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The included beach parking passes made getting down to the town beach a breeze. The property manager was extremely easy to work with as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Fabulous Beach Getaway near Watch Hill

We had a wonderful family vacation in this lovely beach house, and enjoyed exploring the area from this handy location between Watch Hill and Weekapaug. The house and grounds are beautifully maintained and had plenty of space for the three of us (3 adults and 1 teen). Exceeded Expectations

Our stay at the Grey House exceeded expectations. First of all, the house and grounds are meticulous. We arrived to find everything was spotless — as if we were the first people to ever visit. And there were so many extras that made us feel we were at a high-end resort. A beautiful sunroom, high-end appliances, WiFi, new beach chairs, matching Adirondack chairs, central air, etc. The owner also cares deeply about the exterior of the home as evidenced by the manicured lawn and gorgeous plantings. The realtor was absolutely wonderful to deal with, and was always a quick text away to answer any questions. She really served as a “concierge-in-waiting.” This was our first vacation in the Westerly area. We have spent 30+ years vacationing on the Cape, but the close proximity to our home in CT and our children in NYC, made this an appealing option. We loved our two weeks, and truly think our stay in the Grey House is a big reason why.

Beautiful cottage!

Had an amazing time in Misquamicut for my birthday weekend. The house was super clean, decorated perfectly for the beach and beds are very comfortable! It rained a few times while we were there, but the screened it porch was perfect to sit and listen to the rain at the end of the day. We loved staying here and will definitely be coming back next year.

Great beach cottage -- convenient to everything

Beach house was very clean and nicely decorated--the open layout made the home feel quite spacious. The front deck was lovely for sunset cocktails and there is a bright sun room on a side of the home. Misquamicut beach is a quick drive and the parking pass that was provided ensured ample convenient parking to the beach, Watch Hill and Westerly/Pawcatuck are both <10 minutes away. My family and I had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home

This is a darling beach house with all the amenities, extremely clean, quiet location and very close to the beach. The sun room is furnished with a comfy couch and is perfect for morning coffee, reading, relaxing or cocktails. One of the best rentals we have ever experienced.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful property - exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and so charming. Lots of wonderful outdoor space and seating which we took full advantage of. The beach is about a 15 minute walk so it was also so helpful to have the beach pass which allowed us to drive and park alternatively (easier than walking with a little baby). Can’t wait to hopefully come back again next year!

Great location

This was charming house that has been recently renovated. It was clean, organized and it had a great deck. The location was very convenient, 12 minute walk from the beach, 2 blocks from a small market and sandwich shop, 5 minutes from Watch Hill in a quiet dead end street. It had beach pases including a parking pass which enabled us to go to the beach half a mile away which was very convenient. The property manager, Lisa, was great, very easy to communicate with, willing to address any concerns in a timely manner. There were a few things that we would have liked to have based on things we do on vacation like a TV in the living room area to watch movies or night-tables with lamps in all bedrooms for night reading (only one had that). Mostly it was nice to be walking distance to the beach and to enjoy the deck.
