“We had 7 people stay here for 7 days. Everything was awesome the beds were comfy check in/out was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and was open to the living room and kitchen was a great size. The pool was clean and perfect for after the lake. We had plenty of room for the truck and boat and other cars. Perfect house for a vacation. We will definitely stay here again!! ”

“The Family and I were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The add on room was a little confusing at first when I first got there, but my oldest son and his kids were happy with it and the additional small air conditioning unit was helpful. The Master bedroom had some paint issues but it didn’t affect our stay. I would definitely reach out again to stay for our next Family trip to Laughlin/ River. ”

“The game table was a hit for everyone. The seating out back in the shade was nice and relaxing after our event! Great price quick responses from host. TV’s easy to operate. Older home but very clean. There is a rooster in the neighborhood who can’t tell time, but the host has a sound machine in both bedrooms and provided ear plugs 😂 Most important for Yuma is the AC works great!!!! Would stay here again for practicality; not fancy but very comfortable (nice beds and pillows).”
