“Stayed 1 night in Nov 2025 at a modern, hotel-style hostel near Monastiraki. Cleanliness was exceptional, with daily service and linens, covers, and bedding that were very clean, crisp, and felt like hotel-level quality. Check-in and check-out were efficient, using an electronic key for both the bed and a secure, spacious locker.The privacy and facilities stand out: on the same floor, five private rooms serve the eight-bed dorm—three within the dorm (one with shower+toilet, one toilet-only,……

“Property is very clean, bedding was good quality, and there were no issues with hot water in the shower. Room seemed like it was newly renovated (room #15 on the 4th floor). It was quiet between about midnight and 6am. The elevator makes a very loud grinding bang every time it stops, which you can hear in the room and made it hard to sleep. The elevator also oddly stopped about 1/2 meter from the actual floor and the door opened, which was unsafe, so we took the stairs for the rest of our stay.……

“Baloo Hostel is great, fantastic hostel and lovely staff. The beds are fine and facilities good. The area is not nice, with alot of drug use all over, and on the doorstep.”

“床位很大，爬上上鋪的時候並不會撞到頭，而且躺下後腳邊還有多餘的空間可以放東西，只不過房間內偏暗，而且梯子也很不好爬。 有迎賓飲料/酒我覺得很讚！而且櫃檯人員人都很好，雖然英文不太流利但也是很認真在介紹雅典，酒吧的環境也很好！”
