「Great stay. Staff extremely helpful, contactable, considerate and hospitable. We got to the accomodation late in the evening and they had the heater already keeping the room warm. Accom manager/staff very friendly and easy to deal with.」

「Stayed here for one night on business. Great location, right in the centre of town. Reception staff were incredibly helpful including doing some printing for me quite late on a Sunday evening. Executive spa room was very spacious and well equipped (including with a huge modern spa bathtub). Good range of lighting in the room with warm globes in a range of lamps, which is a welcome change from many motel rooms. Very comfortable bed with an electric blanket which is a must in Horsham in winter....
