「The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. There was an issue with their key card system, but they always had a staff member waiting to take us to our room and open the door for us. Overall, we were very impressed.」

「Very attractive location and kind staff BUT….little privacy as the drapes were too narrow, quite noisy, towels didn’t feel fresh and worst of all all used toilet paper and female products had to be put in an open container near the toilet. Totally disgusting」

「Les employés étaient super gentil, la chambre super propre et les toilettes/douche aussi. Il est à 10-15 minutes de marche de la ville, la route se fais super bien à pied ou avec des tuktuk. La vue sur le lac était incroyable, nous avons même eu la chance de voir quelques éruptions du volcan fuego au loin. J’y retournerais n’importe quand.」
