“Our room was clean, the staff was great, and our bed was comfortable.
Knowing this was a newer property, we were surprised to find that the bathroom door didn't close properly, there was a big corner chip out of the bathroom mirror, the adhesive-backed lotion dispenser had fallen off the textured wall, and one of the shades did not operate well.”
