「My friend and I stayed at SUNGALOW for two days and it was enough to convince me that I need to visit this area of Switzerland again, and stay at the SUNGALOW. The photos are accurate but do not do the views of the area or the chalet justice. Both are superior to the photos. The charm and quaintness of the area and Chalet are beyond words...you need to be there to experience it. The cows in the neighborhood provided melodic bell ringing music during our walks in the morning. We visited...

「Our stay was perfect! It was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in Lauterbrunnen! Super friendly host and waking up to a waterfall view wasn’t bad either.」

「The apartment was cozy and had a lovely balcony that I would sit on to read my book in the morning to the sound of the cow bells. It was in a great location just a few minute walk to downtown and to the lifts. Thanks for a great stay!」

「From booking right up until when we left the property, the property manager Leah couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The property is beautiful and there are many lovely touches to make it feel like a home away from home. The view of Lake Brienz is spectacular, and the surrounding area is one of the most beautiful places we have visited. Would highly recommend!」

"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."

"The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome."

"Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive. Breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels of similar grade. Tiny elevator due to the building being old. Overall, the service could be better for the price of this hotel. "
